Constellations are practical, yet profound processes that expand our perceptions of our families and our places
in them. Hidden dynamics within systems can leave physical and emotional
effects over generations. Constellations make visible
our inner, unconscious pictures and thoughts. This fresh perception
of the family system serves to restructure life in a new pattern, allowing
healing to occur, or deepening the healing already begun.

WHO - Facilitator, Trainer, Coach:
Thomas Bryson, RN is a facilitator, trainer and personal coach in Munich, Germany. He is available for facilitation of systemic constellations in group workshops, in the individual setting at his praxis in Munich, and for telephone or Skype in the mind's eye constellations as well as for personal coaching. Together with Dr. Ursula Franke, Thomas is available for training facilitation of systemic constellations.
He brings to constellation facilitation and coaching his perspective
as a holistic hospice nurse working with death and dying, six years of practice in Aikido and twelve years
of steeping in the Zen and Advaita traditions.
WHY Constellations?
While difficult to explain, this work is self-authenticating to those
who have experienced it. Systemic Constellation work allows the hidden
dynamics in the family (or other) system to be seen in a safe, efficient
way. For those who have hidden trauma, difficult legacies, or are struggling
with other issues that just don't seem to resolve, this work can be
most remarkable. Recognizing and honoring hidden aspects of the family
transmission enlivens our deepest flow, allowing blind love to become
conscious love. For many who have experienced deep awakenings, but have
had difficulty embodying awareness, this work can be profound.
